EDUCATORS TURN INTO NETWORK MARKETERS-Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing or FHTM
What Is Network Marketing?
I wanted to give you an official definition from Wikipedia Encyclopedia. Network marketing is a general term for a type of marketing that is usually performed by an individual instead of a company. It refers to the use of interpersonal or social networks to market products and services for business purposes as opposed to the more traditional and common practices of wide-range advertising.
The term is technically a type of marketing that can be used as part of an overall marketing strategy which may or may not encompass multiple tactics. For example, the most common marketing tactic in a network marketing strategy is word of mouth.
Word of mouth marketing
Word-of-mouth marketing, which encompasses a variety of subcategories, including buzz, blog, viral, grassroots, cause influencers and social media marketing, as well as ambassador programs, work with consumer-generated media and more, can be highly valued by product marketers. Because of the personal nature of the communications between individuals, it is believed that product information communicated in this way has an added layer of credibility. Research points to individuals being more inclined to believe WOMM than more formal forms of promotion methods; the receiver of word-of-mouth referrals tends to believe that the communicator is speaking honestly and is unlikely to have an ulterior motive (i.e. they are not receiving an incentive for their referrals).
Many companies which utilize a network marketing strategy facilitate it with a multi-level marketing (MLM) compensation structure. For this reason, the two terms are often confused with one another and used interchangeably.
As a retired educator, I have networked all of my 34 years in education to help my counselees and their parents. As educators, our profession is relationship based and communication is the key to our success. Our ability to build a relationship with our clients determind the success for all concerned. So, networking is not new for educators and this is a great asset that we bring to the industry of network marketing.
Why Are Teachers/Educators Great Network Marketers?
Teachers who join Network Marketing Industry ultimately become the best MLM mentors to their team. They often create manuals and educational materials that are of great value to new team members. Educators are by nature great mentors and great communicators. Also, in general, educators are very nurturing and people oriented professionals. Since network marketing is a relationship business, educators are the perfect candidates for this industry. This business is about teaching teachers to teach. MLM is a process of duplicating our efforts in order to grow our business. This is the leveraging of our time through duplication. You as the mentor/teacher want to teach your downline to be duplicatable. You want to teach your downline to the same thing that you have done in building your business.

Is Network Marketing a Relationship Business?
Yes, in the case of network marketing, it is of critical importance to build a sense of trust with your team members. Network marketing is definitely a relationship business and each relationship typically starts out with two acquaintances or strangers sitting together to discuss the possibility of working together to build a team of franchised individuals.
The team building aspect of network marketing is of vital importance to the success of each individual member and to the team as a whole. Two key elements of team building are trust and confidence and these factors play a very large role, particularly for new team members.
As a team leader, you need to be knowledgeable about the business (products and services) and straightforward with answers to questions about the business as well as providing timely and thorough support to your team members. These actions will cement the relationship and build trust and confidence among your team members.

Yes, it is time for you do something that will change your life. It is insane for you to think that things are going to change if you continue to do the same thing every day. For things to change, you need to change. If you are tired of living from check to check and barely making ends meet, then you should consider a part-time business that can eventually replace your full-time income.
